Declining soil quality due to overexploited used of chemical-based fertilizers, pesticides and insecticides have deleterious effect on health. This has resulted in decreased productivity. The use azotobacter sp. as an alternative the chemical based Agri-practice can be a remedial step increase healthiness turn For proposed research, sample from rhizosphere Pigeon pea cultivated at Mahabubnagar Medchal agroclimatic zone Telangana. Azotobacter were isolated maintained Ashby’s mannitol agar medium. evaluated by morphological, biochemical molecular attributes. Biochemical tests 16s rRNA sequencing revealed identification strains beijerinckii strain (BKPOU06TS) tropicalis (BKPOU08TS). sequences (BKPOU08TS) submitted GenBank with accession ID- OP536202 OP536206 respectively
